Return and Cancellation Terms and Policies

  • All samples are final- both blank and custom. We provide a reduced rate for samples, which encompasses our own costs for shipping, handling, and the item itself. This charge is non- refundable.

  • Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for merchandise that has been embroidered, printed, washed, or otherwise decorated.

  • Color variation. We make every effort to showcase the color of each item on this website as precisely as possible. Nevertheless, owing to discrepancies in color calibration among computer screens, we cannot ensure that the color you observe will be an exact match to the product you get.

  • Unless authorized by us, custom orders cannot be cancelled. If we do approve a cancellation, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • To return any flawed items to us, please attach a piece of tape to indicate the location of the defect.

  • Items that have been discontinued or are over 30 days old cannot be returned.

  • All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of merchandise receipt.

  • Our warehouse will not accept any returns without a valid return authorization number.

  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return to ensure prompt processing and issuance of proper credit within two weeks.

  • All returns or cancellations, such as refused shipments or approved custom decoration orders, are subject to a restocking charge of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater), in addition to the outbound and return freight costs. This applies to all orders, including those with free shipping and any customer shipping discounts.

  • Shipping and freight charges from the original purchase are not eligible for a refund.

  • To be eligible for return, all items must be in like-new condition and include original packaging, tags, and stickers.

  • Discontinued, closeout, and promotional item sales are considered final and are not eligible for return.

  • We do not issue cash refunds.

  • If we made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of original freight and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

  • If you have received incorrect, missing, or damaged items in your original order, we provide a replacement option. Requesting a replacement will trigger a new order that contains the same items as your original order. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate any requests for style, color, size swaps or exchanges via a replacement order.
