The jacket also includes a zippered right chest and hand pockets, adjustable cuffs, a media port, and an auto lock zipper with easy grab puller. It is available in sizes S-4XL.

- We don’t process returns on embroidered, printed, washed or decorated merchandise.
- Color variance. We accurately display the color of each product on this website to the best of our ability. However, due to color calibration differences between computer displays, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be an exact color of the product you receive.
- Custom orders may not be canceled unless approved by us. A cancelation charge of 25% will apply if approved by us.
- You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location.
- We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
- You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving(by tracking system) the merchandise.
- Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns.
- Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within two weeks.
- All returns or cancelations, including, but not limited to refused shipments and custom decoration orders if approved, are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs including, but not limited to, orders with free shipping and any customer shipping discounts.
- Any original shipping costs and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
- All returned items must include original packaging, tags, stickers, and be in like-new condition.
- Any discontinued, closeout, and/or promotional item sales are final. Items are not eligible for return.
- We do not provide cash refunds.
- If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
- We do offer a replacement option if the items that you have received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not able to accommodate any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order.
